We offer new Yamaha Wave Runners XL700's. Up to date equipment, perfectly maintained, makes your choice for personal watercraft rentals very easy. These jumbo machines are capable of speeds to 45 mph with 1, 2 or 3 persons. As with all motorized equipment, safety is a very high priority. The local port authority imposes some restrictions on where these toys can be operated. We completely follow these regulations and will instruct you accordingly, for your safety.

OPEN WATER REFERRAL $ 277.50 per person
2 days of 2 open water ocean dives per day. For students who have completed all their class and pool sessions, including final written exam. We issue their PADI Open Water Certification card after they successfully complete their 4 open water dives with Amigos Del Mar. Students must have in their possession a Student Referral Form, signed and dated by their previous Instructor. This form is valid for 12 months only and is a prerequisite for enrolling in this particular class. Price includes boat charter, PIC certification paperwork if necessary. DIVE the SEA of CORTEZ $83.25
With over 900 species of reef fish, the Sea of Cortez is one of the most prolific bodies of water on earth. Known for encounters with large pelagics such as whale sharks and giant mantas, it is also one of the areas where hammerheads school. We dive with enormous schools of reef fish found nowhere else in the world, four-foot stingrays, sea lions, sea turtles, 100 lb. grouper and many other unique experiences. We do local dives year-round everyday at 9:00am (check in time is 8:30am) Our boats depart at 9:00am to take advantage of the calm conditions in the morning. The boats return at apx. 12:30pm
Our basic rate for a two tank local dive is $75.00. This includes: Boat charter, certified guide, bottled water tanks and weights. We offer a full line of SCUBAPRO rental equipment at a cost of $5.00 piece per day. Max rental cost per day is $25.00.

ADVANCED DIVER COURSE $388.50 per person
The PADI Advanced Diver Course involves 5 dives in Five "Specialty Areas". There are two required specialty dives; these are in the areas of Deep Diving and Navigation. For the other three Specialty Dives you can choose areas that interest you from a long list including: Night Diving, Drift Diving, Boat Diving, Underwater Photography, Underwater Video, Buoyancy Control, The Marine Life of the Sea of Cortez. Which is only offered at Amigos Del Mar.
There are brief class sessions each day that cover the material for the day. Then we go diving, experiencing and applying the actual material in the Ocean where it counts.
At the end of this course you are truly an Advanced Diver! The course takes 3 days to complete. |
